This season’s CCA GC Grades were played at St. Martins on Waitangi Day, Thursday 6 February 2020. The lawns were in their best condition for several years, so many thanks to John Borner who is now looking after them.

The 20 entries were split into 3 divisions.

In the Primary division we had 6 entries. Melanie Stevenson won outright with 4/5 closely followed on 3/5 by Lorraine Adam who came second, Jim Hopley 3^rd and Carol Tonge 4^th.

In the Intermediate division, there were 7 entries. Mark Winter finished unbeaten with Flynn Moses-Jones 2^nd on 4/6 ahead on net points from Claire Horncastle who was 3^rd.

In the Premier, Josh Winter was unbeaten on 6/6, Levi Franks was runner-up on 5/6 and Myles Duggan 3^rd on 4/6.

Many thanks to the St. Martins club for their hospitality. Several players competed with less success than those mentioned above, but still enjoyed their day. Why not try a CCA event yourself?
