Each club manages their own list of members and are responsible for maintaining the CNZ Membership Database. Each member pays an affiliation fee to Canterbury (NZ) Croquet Association  plus an affiliation fee to Croquet New Zealand.

CNZ Membership Database

Club officials are responsible for maintaining their members’ details on the CNZ database. Different officials may have different permissions. For example, club handicappers may be able change handicaps but not be able to add or remove members.

The club secretary role is able to assign other club roles. The association secretary role is able to assign association and club roles.
